On October 22, 2019, we will be undertaking a move to new data centres. This move will begin at 6:00PM PDT and will be concluded by 6:00AM PDT on October 23, 2019.

During the migration, Connect Rocket's core features (inbound/outbound calls, text messages, email, tasking lines and workflows) will continue to work. Some non-critical administrative functions will be offline (see below).

Connect Rocket Teams

During the migration, you will be unable to:

• change account settings.
• add, edit or delete Contacts.
• add, edit or delete Groups.

Connect Rocket Community

During the migration, you will be unable to:

• change account settings.
• add, edit or delete Contacts.
• add, edit or delete Groups and Public Lists.

• Please note that a flash message will be placed on your public enrolment site to advise residents and visitors of the scheduled down time.
