Our telephony partners have now resolved all outstanding issues with sms, voice calling and call recording. All services are operational.

» UpdatedSeveral of our key telephony partners continue to experience service disruptions due to the AWS outage affecting the US-1 Region (https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status). While recovery is underway, we may see some failures associated with SMS, voice calls and call recordings. The Connect Rocket web and mobile apps remain online and push notifications and email are operating normally.
