  • Investigating

    Users in the Vancouver, BC. Canada region may experience some issues connecting to the Connect Rocket Web Application and the Connect Rocket Mobile Apps. The issue is intermittent and does not affect all users. All other Connect Rocket services continue to work as normal. All users in other regions are unaffected.

    If you have access to a VPN, this issue can be worked around by selecting a server in another region. The team is investigating and will provide regular updates.
