    The network issue has been resolved and the voice call and text message queues are being cleared. We are waiting for details from our provider about the cause of this outage.

    Our diagnostics have confirmed the outage is related to a network problem at our upstream provider. We are working with them to resolve the issue and will provide an update as soon as we know more. All traffic is continuing to move through the network but minor delays may be experienced.

    We are investigating reports of delays in outbound voice calls and text messages. Our team is investigating along with our upstream provider.
