Telus Engineers have resolved the issue that was degrading SMS delivery for some of their customers. Our Development Team has verified their fix and can confirm SMS delivery has been fully restored for Telus customers.

Ongoing monitoring is showing about 16% of SMS containing URL's is being filtered by Telus. Our network partners are now actively involved with Telus Engineers and working to resolve the issue. Additional details will be posted when available.

Telus customers may see delayed and/or failed delivery of SMS with URL's included in the message body. This may impact messages from Connect Rocket that include URL's, polls and/or attachments. We've escalated this issue to Telus. We will post updates to our status page as more information becomes available.
