Resolved We experienced a limited voice call outage for phone numbers in area codes 250, 604 and 778 beginning at 14:05 PT. A ticket was escalated to carrier partners and resolved at 14:58 PT with service restored to impacted numbers. We will monitor service through the remainder of the afternoon/evening to ensure no regression occurs. Additional details will be provided as they become available.
