Connect Rocket UI Outage

Post-Mortem This outage affected the Connect Rocket web UI. Inbound and Outbound calling and texting were not affected. This outage was caused by a difference in server naming convention introduced when Connect Rocket was migrated to a new hosting environment in late October 2019. Although we have completed many successful production deployments since this migration, this particular deployment impacted certain settings on the server for the first time. These changes resulted in the failed deployment and the corresponding UI outage. Steps have been taken to verify the naming convention has been fixed and to ensure this error cannot happen again.
