Resolved

Our telephony partners have now resolved all outstanding issues with sms, voice calling and call recording. All services are operational.

Update

Our telephony partners are seeing continued improvement across SMS, voice calling and call recording; however, AWS is still performing remediation actions, and intermittent errors may continue until their work is fully complete. We'll continue to monitor and will post material updates here.

Several of our key telephony partners continue to experience service disruptions due to the AWS outage affecting the US-1 Region (https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status). While recovery is underway, we may see some failures associated with SMS, voice calls and call recordings. The Connect Rocket web and mobile apps remain online and push notifications and email are operating normally.

We would recommend that you test your service to determine if your account is impacted in a way that would require failover to your back-up communications channel. If you need assistance assessing your service, please email aws_outage@connectrocket.com.
